Our pillars
Research
We seek to take a research-backed approach to social impact. We aim to drive measurable improvement in our communities through disruptive initiatives that democratize movement.
Education
We strive to educate our audiences on the benefits of movement and the barriers and accelerators that different communities face. We tell their stories through our website, events, campaigns, and more.
Motivation
Through all major On channels –athletes, storytelling, events, retail – we motivate and inspire more people to move themselves and advocate for others to have the same privilege.
Access
Our aim is to increase access to movement in partnership with the communities we serve, through things like scholarships, financial grants, and in-kind donations.
Our partners
Right To Run is our social impact partnership program that amplifies the work of 75+ organizations across the globe doing transformative work, like helping underrepresented communities gain access to sporting events or using sports to rebuild the lives of refugees. Through Right To Run, we aim to preserve everyone’s right to run and move.
