“Program Period” means the period from 7 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive);

2.1 This Program is strictly limited to purchases made via the Official Website (https://www.on.com/en-hk/). Transactions made through physical retail stores, wholesale partners, or third-party vendors or resellers are expressly excluded.
2.2 Eligibility for this Program is restricted exclusively to the Cloudmonster 3 model. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cloudmonster Hyper and all other On footwear models are expressly excluded from this Trial Program.
2.3 Each Participant may only participate in the Program in respect of Qualifying Products purchased during the Program Period. Products purchased before or after the Program Period shall not be eligible.
2.4 Participation in this Program is limited to individuals aged 18 or above. On Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the age of any Participant and to refuse participation to any person who is under the age of 18.
2.5 Upon receipt of the Qualifying Product, the Participant should carry out a reasonable visual inspection of the Qualifying Product before first use to confirm that the product has been delivered in good condition and that all components appear complete and free from manifest defects. If any material defect is identified upon such inspection, the Participant should refrain from using the Qualifying Product and should promptly notify On Hong Kong through the contact channels specified on the Official Website so that an appropriate remedy (including replacement or return) may be arranged. Nothing in this Clause shall affect, limit, or exclude any statutory right of the Participant under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26, Laws of Hong Kong) or any other applicable law.
3.1 The qualifying Program window is from 7 May 2026 through 30 June 2026. Only Qualifying Products purchased via the Official Website with the delivery address in Hong Kong only during this period are eligible for the Trial Program.
3.2 Participants who wish to return a Qualifying Product under this Program must successfully submit a return request via the Official Website on or before 30 July 2026, the Return Deadline. Return requests submitted after the Return Deadline will not be accepted under this Trial Program.
3.3 The return process shall be carried out in accordance with the standard return procedures published on the Official Website. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the return request is properly submitted (as mentioned in 3.2) and that the Qualifying Product is dispatched in a timely manner. Upon acceptance of the return request by On Hong Kong, the Participant may return the Qualifying Product by using the return portal on the Official Website.
3.4 Once a valid return request has been accepted by On Hong Kong, the Participant shall return the Qualifying Product together with its original packaging in accordance with the instructions provided on the Official Website. Refunds will be processed in accordance with On Hong Kong’s standard refund policy, and the refund shall be credited to the original payment method.
3.5 For the avoidance of doubt: (a) refunds for eligible returns shall be processed within 14 business days of On Hong Kong’s receipt and inspection of the returned Qualifying Product; (b) return shipping costs shall be borne by On Hong Kong; and (c) the availability of the Qualifying Product during the Program Period is subject to stock availability. On Hong Kong does not guarantee that the Qualifying Product will remain in stock throughout the entire Program Period.
3.6 If a Participant is unable to submit a return request before the Return Deadline owing to exceptional circumstances (including illness, hospitalization, bereavement, or other events beyond the Participant’s reasonable control), the Participant may contact On Hong Kong’s customer service through the channels specified on the Official Website, ideally before the Return Deadline, to explain the circumstances. On Hong Kong shall consider any such request in good faith on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation granted (including acceptance of a late return request) is at On Hong Kong’s sole discretion and does not create any expectation of the same treatment in other cases. Nothing in this Clause shall affect any statutory right of the Participant which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the HKSAR.
4.1 Participants are encouraged to fully test the Qualifying Product during the trial period. Performance testing, including outdoor running and athletic activities, is permitted and encouraged.
4.2 Notwithstanding Clause 4.1, On Hong Kong reserves the right to reject any return where the Qualifying Product exhibits signs of:
(a) intentional damage or destruction;
(b) gross misuse inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose;
(c) modification, alteration, or tampering with the product’s original structure; or
(d) removal or defacement of product labels, tags, or markings.
4.3 All returned products must include the original packaging (including the shoe box and any included accessories). Returns without original packaging may be rejected at On Hong Kong’s discretion.
4.4 Normal wear and tear resulting from genuine performance testing (such as sole wear from running, minor scuffs, or creasing of the upper) shall be considered acceptable and shall not constitute grounds for rejection of a return.
4.5 On Hong Kong’s assessment of product condition shall be final and binding, save in the case of manifest error, bad faith, or contravention of applicable law.
5.1 Participants acknowledge that the use of athletic footwear involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of slipping, falling, sprains, muscle strains, blisters, and other physical injuries.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of HKSAR, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), On Hong Kong shall not be liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, health condition, property damage, or any other loss or damage of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with the use of the Qualifying Product during the trial period, except where such injury or damage is caused by On Hong Kong’s negligence or breach of any statutory duty that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
5.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit On Hong Kong’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the HKSAR.
5.4 Participants are advised to ensure that they are in good physical health and condition before engaging in any athletic activities while wearing the Qualifying Product. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a medical professional before participating in intensive physical activities.
5.5 If a Participant permits any third party to use the Qualifying Product, the Participant shall be solely responsible for any and all risks, liabilities, and consequences arising therefrom, provided that nothing in this Clause shall exclude or limit any liability of On Hong Kong that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the HKSAR, including the liability preserved under Clause 5.3 above.
5.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26, Laws of Hong Kong), including the implied conditions as to merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose. The return rights provided under this Program are in addition to, and do not replace, any statutory remedies available to you.
5.7 Participants should select safe and suitable locations for testing the Qualifying Product and take reasonable precautions when doing so, including avoiding use on wet or slippery surfaces, steep or unstable terrain, areas with obstacles or debris, or areas with heavy or fast-moving traffic. This Clause is advisory in nature and, for the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause shall exclude or limit On Hong Kong’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Section 7 of the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71, Laws of Hong Kong) or any other applicable law, each as preserved under Clause 5.3.
6.1 On Hong Kong is committed to protecting the privacy of Participants’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”).

6.3A If On Hong Kong intends to use your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing (including but not limited to promotional emails, SMS notifications, or targeted advertising relating to On products and services), On Hong Kong shall, in accordance with Part VIA of the PDPO: (i) inform you of such intended use and the types of personal data to be used; (ii) obtain your express consent (opt-in) before using your data for direct marketing purposes — for the avoidance of doubt, silence or non-response shall not constitute consent; and (iii) provide you with a free and readily accessible channel to opt out of receiving direct marketing communications at any time. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time by contacting On Hong Kong via the channels specified in On’s Privacy Policy.

6.5 Personal data may be transferred to On AG (Switzerland) and its affiliated entities for the purposes set out in Clause 6.3, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. By participating in this Program, you consent to such cross-border transfer.
6.6 Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data held by On Hong Kong. Requests may be directed to On Hong Kong’s Data Protection Officer. Please refer to On’s Privacy Policy at https://www.on.com/en-hk/privacy-policy for further details.

7.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Qualifying Product, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of On AG and/or its affiliated entities. Participation in the Program does not confer upon any Participant any license, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of On AG or On Hong Kong.
8.1 On Hong Kong retains the absolute right of final decision regarding return eligibility under this Program. Any determination made by On Hong Kong in relation to the acceptance or rejection of a return shall be final and binding, save in the case of manifest error, bad faith, or contravention of applicable law.
8.2 On Hong Kong reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions and/or the Program at any time by publishing the amended version on the Official Website. Save in respect of amendments required to comply with applicable law or to address an imminent security or safety risk, On Hong Kong shall provide not less than seven (7) days’ advance notice of any material amendment on the Official Website before such amendment takes effect. No amendment shall adversely affect the rights of any Participant in respect of Qualifying Products purchased before the effective date of the amendment, and the version of these Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the Participant’s order shall govern that order.
8.3 This Program is a voluntary commercial arrangement offered by On Hong Kong and does not constitute a statutory right or entitlement under the laws of the HKSAR. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any statutory or regulatory obligation on On Hong Kong to offer, continue, or repeat this or any similar program in the future.
8.4 Where a Participant has, by concealment, misrepresentation or other deceptive conduct, obtained participation in the Program notwithstanding that the Participant did not satisfy any eligibility requirement under these Terms and Conditions (including the age requirement under Clause 2.4), the Participant shall be responsible for the consequences of such misrepresentation to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the HKSAR, and On Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the Program and to recover any reasonable losses suffered as a direct result of such misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause shall operate to exclude or limit (a) On Hong Kong’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) On Hong Kong’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability of On Hong Kong that cannot be excluded or limited under Section 7 of the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71, Laws of Hong Kong) or any other applicable law of the HKSAR.
9.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.2 On Hong Kong’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
9.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and On Hong Kong in relation to the Program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating thereto.
9.4 No person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
9.5 These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to, and shall be read together with, On Hong Kong’s general Terms and Conditions applicable to the Official Website at https://www.on.com/en-hk/terms-and-conditions (the “General T&C”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the General T&C in respect of any matter specifically addressed by these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation eligibility for the Program, return entitlement, refund timeline, disclaimer and limitation of liability for the Program, and Program governance), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In respect of all other matters not specifically addressed herein (including without limitation order formation, pricing, delivery, warranties, intellectual property, force majeure, and general data protection), the General T&C shall apply in full. The version of these Terms and Conditions and the General T&C in force at the time the Participant places the qualifying order shall govern that order.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.3 Without prejudice to Clause 10.2, the parties shall endeavor, in good faith, to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions through amicable negotiation before commencing any proceedings. This Clause shall not be construed as ousting or otherwise restricting the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and shall not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief at any time, nor from commencing proceedings where negotiation has not produced a resolution acceptable to that party.
