LightSpray™ is a revolutionary manufacturing process that creates an upper from a single, liquid-sprayed thread. It cuts a multi-part process to just minutes, designed to reduce waste, and results in our lightest, fastest footwear to date.

We are building on our expertise in running innovation and applying our core principles to football. LightSpray™ comes from our lab, and we are working hand-in-hand with Kylian Mbappé, Thierry Henry and Sydney Schertenleib to develop football-specific features, such as custom stud layouts and fits engineered for the dynamic movements of the game.

While LightSpray™ technology allows us to create a seamless, barefoot-feel fit that can perform without laces, we are testing and developing both laced and non-laced options with Kylian Mbappé and Sydney Schertenleib.

We believe the women’s game deserves dedicated innovation. Working directly with Sydney Schertenleib, the first female ambassador of On Football, she will challenge, improve, and refine our future product.
