We have discontinued our subscription service. This means that you'll no longer be charged a monthly fee and that you can keep your current Cyclon™ shoes until you're ready to send them back. Once we receive a sufficient quantity of used shoes, they'll be processed for recycling.

The subscription was our first step – a necessary part of our journey towards circularity. It gave us invaluable, first-hand data on materials, logistics, and infrastructure. However, we're now aiming to take responsibility for all the products we sell, instead of one specific collection. Through Cyclon™ Resale, we can keep all On products moving by reselling, donating or recycling them responsibly.

Yes. We will refund the last invoice from your current subscription term on April 16. The payment may take 5–10 business to appear on your account.

Previously, we used a subscription program to ensure we got our materials back, but we now recognize that this process was limiting for many consumers. Today, you can keep the shoes, and we'll reward you for sending them back to us and keeping them moving.

If you were eligible to request a new pair of Cyclon™ shoes when the program ended (3 months in or more), you have a 30-day window, ending on April 16, 2026, to request one final "Recycle" via your account. After this date, you will no longer be able to order a new pair or swap for another Cyclon™ shoe.

No. If you were mid-cycle (less than 3 months in), we will send you a digital gift card via email. You can use this to purchase anything on on.com, the On app, Cyclon™ Resale, and your local On store.

Your Cyclon™ shoes are now fully yours, so keep putting them through their paces. However, these products were designed to be recycled, and it would still be great to get them back at the end of their lifecycle. If you live in the US, UK, or Switzerland, please go to Cyclon™ Resale (cyclon.on.com) and trade them in for a £5, $5, or CHF 5 reward. If you live in another region, please log into your On account, and click "Recycle". We'll email you a shipping label, so you can send them back to us.

These items are made from high-performance, bio-based materials (like castor beans) that we aim to keep moving. For example, the recyclable materials in the Cloudneo, Cloudrise Cyclon, Cloudrise Cyclon 1.1 and Cyclon-T can be ground down to make new shoe parts. Sending them back helps us keep materials in use and out of landfills.

Yes. Even though the subscription has ended, the technology remains the same. We are committed to keeping the materials from the original Cyclon™ Collection in use. Please trade them in or send them back when you are finished, so we can keep their recyclable materials in use.

Yes. In regions, where Cyclon™ Resale is available, you can trade it in. If it is in good condition, we may resell it. If not, we will recycle it. But regardless, you will receive a reward. If you live in another region, please log into your On account and click "Recycle". We'll email you a shipping label, so you can send them back to us.

Yes, you will be redirected to Cyclon™ Resale to trade in. This is our new hub for all trade-ins. You will need to log in with your On credentials there to generate your shipping label and receive your recycling credit.

If you are living outside of the US, UK and Switzerland, you cannot use Cyclon™ Resale for trade-ins yet. Instead, log into your On account. Click "Recycle", and we'll send you a shipping label. This allows you to send the shoes back to us for responsible recycling.

You should find your VAT invoice attached to your cancellation confirmation email. If you can’t find that email, please contact our Happiness Delivery team for support.

Yes. If you use Cyclon™ Resale to trade in your old Cyclon™ shoes, you will be rewarded, like any trade-in customer. If your shoes are in excellent condition you can receive up to £30, $30, or CHF 30 for them. If they cannot be resold, they will be donated. And if that's not possible, they'll be recycled. In that case, you will receive a £5, $5, or CHF 5 credit for sending them back. You can use that credit towards any purchase on On.com, the On app, Cyclon™ Resale and at your local On store.
