Josette's competitive spirit was sparked at an early age – and it's been firing ever since. "I was the kid who would stay out past recess because I was in the middle of a jump rope record and wouldn't stop until it was broken." Now in her fourth year as a professional runner, the New Jersey local has not only represented her country, but also ranks as the third-fastest indoor miler in America, with a snappy PR of 4:20.81.
