An Olympic gold medalist and Ironman World Champion, Kristian was the first person to finish an Ironman-distance triathlon in under seven hours. He takes an immersive, all-or-nothing approach that he describes as “tunnel vision”: three training sessions a day, and any spare hours spent consuming all the triathlete content he can find.
