In the United States, there is a minimum of $50. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the minimum is CHF 40. For orders under these thresholds, the shipping cost will be €5, $5, or CHF 5.

You can use a third-party freight forwarding company if we don’t ship to your country. However, if you choose to use this service, we are not liable for the order once it has left the country where it was purchased. We do not cover the cost of any returned orders if services like these are used.

Yes, for international orders shipped to Korea, a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required to ensure smooth customs clearance. If you haven’t submitted your PCCC yet, please contact the On Happiness Delivery team – they’ll guide you through the necessary customs procedures. So long as international transactions are enabled with your bank, you can order from any country! However, the shipping address must be within that location's shipping capabilities. The US warehouse can only ship to US shipping addresses for example. If a shipping address is not eligible, you will not be able to complete checkout.
