Before every race, Courtney Wayment takes 90 minutes to prepare. The NCAA Steeplechase record holder grew up playing a lot of different sports, but with parents who both ran track and cross-country at Weber State University, it's not surprising Courtney found herself on the track. When she's not pushing for Steeplechase PBs or claiming Champion titles, Courtney loves exploring the outdoors and enjoying simple nights with her husband and dog.
