Law Roach is coming, New York

1. The organiser of this drawing (the “Drawing”) is On AG (company no. CHE-115.332.641), whose registered office is at Förrlibuckstrasse 190, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as and “On” or “we” respectively).

2. The Drawing is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over residing in the country of the event (subject to the exceptions as outlined in Art. 3). On may request, at any stage, that you provide proof of your age and /or identity.

3. Employees of On, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the Drawing, are excluded from participation.

4. By registering for the Drawing, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. You can enter the Drawing by completing and submitting the online registration form via the link [https://www.on.com/explore/zendaya].

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in the Drawing.

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.

8. The drawing opens on April 9, 2026. The closing Date for entry in the Drawing is April 13, 2026. After this date no further entries to the Drawing will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The prize per winner is one entry to participate in a styling event with Law Roach in the On Flagship Store NYC Flatiron on April 30.

10. No travel or accommodation will be covered and the travel to and from the event will be per the person who wins only.

11. Prizes are awarded for the personal use and enjoyment of the winner. We discourage the resale or commercial distribution of Prizes.

12. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

13. This prize is not eligible for returns or an exchange for an alternate prize.

14. Prizes may be subject to withholding tax. As a consequence, On may, depending on the type of prize, (i) report the prizes, the prize values and the winner to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration or (ii) withhold the 35% withholding tax and pay it to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration. On is entitled to retain the Prizes until the winner submits all information required under the applicable fiscal law (such as certificate of residence or any other documents). Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable under the laws of their country of residence in connection with the Prize. The above references to Swiss withholding tax apply only to the extent required under Swiss tax law.

15. 1 winner of the Drawing will be drawn at random (no +1 possible).

16. The winner will then be contacted via email from a customer service representative for further information. All of the details relevant for claiming of the Prize will be communicated in this subsequent email from a customer service representative. The winner will be required to respond to this email within 24 hours to claim their Prize.

17. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within the deadline stated above, they forfeit their participation in the event and another winner will be selected.

18. The winner agrees to the use of their first name and the first letter of the last name (i.e. “Sandra M.”) and of their location in any publicity material published by On or On's authorized marketing partners in connection with the Drawing.

19. The winner will then be requested to register via Splash platform to get the QR code and all event info will be shared after registration by the respective On representatives.

20. Any personal data relating to you will be used for the Drawings, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. On AG is the data controller for this Drawing. We process your personal data to run the Drawing and, where you opt in, to send you marketing communications. Your data will be deleted after the Drawing concludes unless we are required by law to keep it longer. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at the link in Art. 22.

21. In addition, On will use the information provided to send you newsletters about On’s products, surveys, offers and other promotional materials, if you sign up for our newsletter in the questionnaire.

23. On’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Drawing are final and shall not be subject to review or appeal.

On reserves the right to cancel or amend the Drawing and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of force majeure such as a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of On’s control. You will be notified about any changes to the Drawing as soon as possible.

25. By registering, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless On, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection with the Drawing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

26. On has the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

27. This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party provider.

28. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Drawing. The Drawing winner may be required to sign a separate authorization form releasing rights to On for the use of any content produced in relation to the Drawing, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings.

29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
