You can use our Order Tracker to see how far along your order is. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking details when your order ships.
Shipping
We ship to about 50 countries around the world and are always hoping to add more. You can select your shipping location at the bottom of any webshop page. If you do not find your country of residence on the list at the bottom of the webshop, then we do not ship there! To get On gear, check out our On Dealers to see if On Shoes are available near you.
During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on the delivery service and delivery address.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and carrier information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
So you can focus on living the On lifestyle, we cover shipping costs and any relevant customs charges in most countries (for standard-level shipping). In some countries, there is a minimum order value to qualify for free shipping; see more information here. Shipping costs for orders that do not qualify or for any selected expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout. We do not cover shipping costs in India, Indonesia, or Malaysia.
We cover the shipping costs in most countries. In some countries, there is a minimum order value for the shipping cost to be covered. In the Eurozone, there is a minimum value of €35. In the United States, there is a minimum of $50. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the minimum is CHF 40. For orders under these thresholds, the shipping cost will be €5, $5, or CHF 5.
You can use a third-party freight forwarding company if we don’t ship to your country. However, if you choose to use this service, we are not liable for the order once it has left the country where it was purchased. We do not cover the cost of any returned orders if services like these are used.

So long as international transactions are enabled with your bank, you can order from any country! However, the shipping address must be within that location's shipping capabilities. The US warehouse can only ship to US shipping addresses for example. If a shipping address is not eligible, you will not be able to complete checkout.
