Thin gaps separate the forefoot, midfoot and heel – allowing the foam to be less constrained and enabling greater compression and expansion.

Hellen Obiri claimed second place at London 2026 with a 2:15:53 finish – shattering her PB by 1 minute and 48 seconds.
Yeman Crippa took the victory at Paris 2026, finishing in just 2:05:18 – 48 seconds faster than he ever ran before.
And one of our newest marathoners, Joe Klecker, realized a remarkable 4-minute, 41-second PB improvement when he finished Boston 2026 in just 2:05:56.
