British triathlete Kate Waugh’s journey began early – immersed in swimming and gymnastics. Triathlon came calling around age seven, and she instantly loved combining the three sports. That passion quickly turned into performance: she became the 2022 U23 World Champion and earned a remarkable second place at the 2023 World Triathlon Championship Finals.
