Long-distance runner Dominic Lokinyomo Lobalu is moving fast in the direction of his dreams. Fuelled by his relentless ambition and determination, Lobalu took Gold in the 10K and Bronze in the 5000m at the European Championships in Rome, competing for Switzerland. Dominating the field from 1500m to 10K, the Switzerland-based athlete is destined for greatness – taking 4th place for the Athlete Refugee Team (ART) (13:15.27), at the 5000m Olympic final in 2024.
