Winning the U23 Championships marked the launch of Frederik "Freddy" Ruppert's professional career in steeplechasing. He's since gone on to break a 26 year old national record. Based near Cologne, his disciplined training is a family affair, often alongside his wife or father. For Freddy, shared success with his loved ones is the ultimate motivation in his pursuit of greatness on the track.
