Here’s all you need to know about your Cyclon™ subscription.

First pair. What now?

Step 1
Check if it fits
Go to your account and find your subscription date. You have 30 days to exchange for a different size.
Step 2
Use it. Love it. Wear it out.
And so the fun begins. Run as far as you can, or make runs to the grocery store. Make sure to wear it out.
Step 3
Recycle. (And repeat.)
Login to your account and request your next pair. Then, repeat steps 2 and 3. Over and over again.

When to return your shoes…

— When the tread wears out (the pattern on the outsole is visibly flattened out)

— Or they’re no longer wearable

— Or your dog ate them

Here’s how.

Step 1
Request your next pair
Click “Recycle now” on your account to request a new pair. Or swap for another Cyclon™ style.
Step 2
In with the new. Out with the old.
Receive the new pair, and send the old one back to us, using the same packaging and your return label.
Step 3
And on. And on. And on.
Race. Run. Make runs to the grocery store. Request to recycle. And the cycle repeats. Again. And again.
