Lorena Rangel Batres, a rising Mexican athlete, has turned her passion for running into a career. Inspired by the 2012 London Olympics, she quickly embraced the challenges of training. Transitioning from sprints to excelling in the 1500m and cross country at LSU, she’s set new benchmarks for Mexican athletics. With her sights on the Olympics, she carves out time for books, cooking shows, and her three cats – Nikki, Nala, and Mia.
