Lilly Nägeli

Lilly Nägeli knows that running is more than just stride after stride – it's an escape for the mind. "The world can feel very overwhelming sometimes, but I always find myself a little less worried when I am back from a run," she explains. When she's not powering through her favorite distance – the 1500m race –  the open-minded 19-year-old loves singing, listening to music and learning languages. Her latest pursuit? Norwegian.
