Yes, you can return all On purchases for a refund. The items must be in eligible condition, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. For more information on our returns policy or to start a return, click here.

We offer exchanges on all products except for limited-edition and Last Season items due to limited availability. For products that are limited-edition or Last Season, we recommend following our returns policy here. Then place a new order for your preferred product.

Yes you can use a promo code, but not for limited editions. Digital Gift Cards can be used to purchase The Zendaya edit items.
