Members can test running shoes for 30 days after purchasing – with the option to return them for a full refund. Exclusions apply. Find out more below.
The trial is for members only, but signing up is free – you'll just need your email. Becoming a member unlocks the very best of On: priority access, event invites, and a seamless shopping experience. If you're already part of the On community, just log in to your account before you purchase.

Only shoes from our running collection. All the eligible pairs can be found here.
Limited edition pairs, special collaborations, shoes from last season and non-running shoes are excluded. Everything you can try can be found here.
Our trial is only available to members in Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK), for now.

Any shoes that are in a good enough condition will be resold through our Cyclon™ platform. Items that cannot be resold are donated – if that's not an option, they go to specialized regional recyclers wherever possible. Find out more about our process here.
You can exchange them for a new pair through our standard exchange process. The 30-day trial period still applies to the new pair, too.
