Doris Lemgole

Doris Lemgole, a rising star from Kenya, has made a powerful start to her career in both collegiate and professional running. A multiple NCAA champion for the University of Alabama, her love for the sport was inspired by her role model, Hellen Obiri. She won the 3,000m steeplechase in her 2025 Diamond League debut and has since represented Kenya on the international stage. Her pre-race ritual involves cooking her favorite traditional Kenyan food, Ugali.
