Returns and exchanges:

Need to return or make an exchange? No problem – but please note that if you're returning an apparel item you paid for, the free apparel item will need to be returned too. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests, but exchanges may be limited due to stock availability.

Our 2-for-1 apparel collection contains both full-price and sale items. Please note that sale items in this collection are not exchangeable, but can be refunded. If you request a refund for the item you paid for, you'll need to return the free apparel item too.

Please ensure your cart meets the minimum requirements by adding at least two items from our curated selection and using the code at checkout. Donations will be finalized after the end of the campaign period. Please note: If you return a product, unfortunately, we can't donate an item on your behalf.
