You can cancel your subscription within the first 30 days for a full refund. Simply log into your customer account, click "cancel plan," and return them to us in the Cyclon™ bag. Shoes must be returned to us within 30 days of the cancellation to get your refund. Once we do receive them, we'll turn them into new shoe parts. We're on a circular journey to reduce our impact on the environment.

First, fill out this form making sure "Cyclon™" is selected. Our team will send you a return label, which you can place on any packaging and send back to us. (Don't forget the Cyclon-T.)

So, you've signed up and we've shipped your shoes. Next up: - Receive your parcel. - Before heading out, try the shoe on indoors, and check if it fits. - Then, run until you can't run anymore. - When you're in need of a new pair, log into your customer account and let us know. - We'll ship you a new pair of the Cloudneo. - Take your new shoes out and put your old ones into the Cyclon™ bag. Slap on the return label and send them back to us. - Head out for another run! High-performance, 90% recyclable shoes – at your (subscription) service.
