Forget the track. Forget the road. On Squad Race is taking running to a whole new level. We’re looking for 600 squads across 20 cities to take on a spiral course designed to test your legs and your lungs.

4x4 relay race

The format is simple. But that doesn't mean it's easy. It’s a 4x4 relay race against gravity – and the other squads. Each team member races down the spiral and then back up*, before passing the baton. One steep incline. All-out effort. *Format may vary based on location.

One world finale

The squad with the fastest combined time takes the crown. And a ticket to LA to represent their city in the World Finale. So, ready your squad and show us what real energy looks like. Please note, two or more of your final crew must identify as women or non-binary.
